Marcus Burke’s crossover – Milton native returns home

Growing up in this diverse suburb, bordered to the north by the Boston neighborhoods of Mattapan and Dorchester, Marcus Burke was known primarily for his basketball skills.

Hendries property granted eligibility to pursue 40B

And now there are three .  .  . projects that have been green lighted to file for comprehensive permits. The Massachusetts Housing Partnership sent a letter of eligibility to Steve Connelly, a principal at Carrick Realty, informing him that his request for determination of preliminary project eligibility for an apartment building consisting of 57 units (49 two bedroom and 8 three bedroom) has been approved.

Groundbreaking for Congregation Beth Shalom

After three years of searching for a new spiritual home, members and guests of Congregation Beth Shalom of the Blue Hills will break ground for a new synagogue on a new road, Shoolman Way, off Lodge Street in Milton, on Sunday, June 22nd at 4:00 p.m.  The bucolic location for the new building was generously donated to the congregation by Marvin and Andrea Gordon, and it has a singular historical significance.
