Occassionally we publish a gallery of images that (hopefully) capture something remarkably special about the town. Here is a list. Simply click on the link to view the pictures. Some are in the form of a video, others are merely a page from a scrapbook.
And What a Weekend It Was – there are many special week ends – but the week end of 11/4 – 11/ 6 was truly exceptional. In 48 hours you could have attended a spectacular production of Footloose at the High School, taken part in a great fun run in its 13th year – The Monster Dash, watched the first South Shore Novice Challenge, a rowing event on the Neponset hosted by the Milton Crew team, seen even more drama at the Milton Players production fo Lend Me a Tenor, heard Southern Rail, a long-standing local bluegrass band perform at the MPL courtesy of the Friends of the Library, and attended the opening day of Artspace Milton, a new arts organization providing the community with opportunities to learn, create, adn enjoy art. Two classes started up and they held a drop-in session for fmailies to create notecards.
