Meeting: Board of Selectmen
The Board of Selectmen are meeting on Tuesday, December 10th at 6:30pm in the Cronin Conference Room at Town Hall. The agenda includes discussions of the DOR report and articles for the 2014 Town Meeting. They are also going into executive session to discuss Mearn v Town of Milton and Deer Run Lane property.
Milton to solidify options for Granite Avenue Park and Ride

Last Tuesday the Board of Selectmen heard from residents representing two different citizen groups during the Citizen Speak portion of their agenda. One opposes access off Lodge Street to a proposed synagogue and another to a 40B development in the Hillside, Ford Ranch Road neighborhood.

Board of Appeals denies variances for Thacher Street condos

At Wednesday’s meeting of the Board of Appeals attorney Ned Corcoran’s request for variances to develop 6 condominium units on a 16,655 square foot parcel of property that abuts the Milton Food Mart was denied. Mr. Corcoran was representing the developer Michael Moxley who was also present.
