The Ted 2 film circus is packing up and leaving town. They have pretty much cleared out of the Turners Pond lot and the Hoosic Club is returning to normal. We never did spot the teddy bear but we did bump into the police chief who informed us that the crew over at the Ulin rink was for a different film. There were two film production companies in Milton this week. The other was for Good Kids starring Ashley Judd.

There is a contract between the town and Carrick Realty to tear down their respective portions of the Hendries building by September 30th. This countdown timer would help keep tabs on the demo date for which many are waiting for with bated breath.
Given the discussion at the last Conservation Commission meeting on Tuesday they may have to bate their breath a bit longer. While this is the date that has been set; it is highly unlikely to be the date that it will happen.

As fall is upon us, the many children who visit the Library anticipate the new year’s pumpkins that adorn our entrance. All of this is made possible through the generous work of Driscoll Landscaping.
