At the December 15th meeting of the Planning Board, they approved two articles for annual town meeting, declined two, and kicked another down the road. There was also a continuation of the hearing on Hendries and an update on the plans for a new apartment building at Milton Hill House. It was a long night.

Here are some incidents reported to Milton Police during the past week. A full list is available at police headquarters, 40 Highland St.
On Dec. 11 at 4:10 p.m., a caller reported an injury accident on Blue Hill Avenue and Neponset Valley Parkway. On person was transported to Milton Hospital another was cited with for violation of traffic laws. (Read the full story here.)

Beginning Monday, December 19, 2011, MWRA will be performing final work to bring the Southern Spine water main project on-line. This work may cause discolored water in area surrounding the intersection of Reedsdale Road, Central Avenue and Brook Road, east to the Expressway for up to three days.
