Dedham Police: Man grabbed phone from woman’s hand

The heat did not have any noticable effect on the Milton Post 114 batters as they took down Sandwich Post 188 9-1 this afternoon. Milton pitchers and the defense put in another solid effort.

Milton tops Norwood 12-9 in game 2 – takes the series
Milton prevailed over Norwood in American Legion District 6 tournament play yesterday evening in a game that was a scoring reversal from the first game of the series. The bats that had been largely silent in game 1 (Milton won 2-1) came to life in a game that went into extra innings and had its share of odd calls and strange plays.

Howard/Stein-Hudson has launched an online resource to inform residents about the Eat Milton Square Parking and Access Study. Their goal is to “Improve parking and access in East Milton Square, determine if the Honorable Joseph M. Manning Community Park can be improved, foster the conditions for long-term business growth.”

East Milton Parking Study finally shifts into drive
It has been a long time coming but the long-planned for East Milton Parking study is finally in gear. The delay was largely due to authorization of funding from the state. With authorization in hand the study can now move forward.
