The heat did not have any noticable effect on the Milton Post 114 batters as they took down Sandwich Post 188 9-1 this afternoon. Milton pitchers and the defense put in another solid effort.

In other Legion playoff action Brockton nosed out South Attleboro 14-13 . This sets up a showdown between Milton and Brockton at Braintree High tonight (7/19) at 7:00.
