09.16 Town Farm presentation to Board of Selectmen

Following is the presentation given to the Board of Selectmen on September 16, 2010 by Paul Krasinksi and Bob Daylor. The presentation was on behalf of the Town Farm Educational Trust, a non-profit corporation that is proposing to develop an agricultural based educational initiative for students of Milton and surrounding towns.

Wine Tasting & Fundraiser for Milton Animal League

The Milton Animal League will be holding a fundraiser at Fuller Village from 7:00 – 9:00pm. Proceeds will go to the fund to rebuild the animal shelter. All are invited to join them for an evening of “Wine tasting and Jewels!”. Tickets are $25.00 and will be available at the door.

MPS invite parents to hear John Halligan speak on Cyberbullying

from Milton Public Schools

Parents of students in grades 6-12 are invited to attend a presentation by John Halligan on Tuesday, October 12 in the Milton High School auditorium. The talk is scheduled to start at 7:00pm and will end at 8:30pm.

Mr. Halligan’s son, Ryan, died by suicide in 2003 after being bullied by classmates at school and online. He was 13 years old.
