A new Chapter 40B affordable housing development project is in the works. Town Planner Bill Clark told the Selectmen last week that he has received informal notice that designs have begun on a 96-unit housing development on Meg Lane, a paper street off Randolph Avenue between Highland and Reed streets – near the Department of Public Works yard.
