The cheerful card arrived unexpectedly in the mail, hand-written, stirring memories of 30 years ago. It was from Eleanor Reidy, who lived in Quincy most of her life, from age 8 until she was nearly 90. I met her in the 1970s, when I did my banking at Presidential Cooperative Bank; she was the secretary for Frank McCauley, the bank’s president. (Read the full story here.)
