Police seek assistance in identifying suspect of stolen credit card

Screen Shot 2013-10-07 at 12.58.52 PMOn Wednesday October 2, 2013 about 1130 hours, an unknown black female (early 20’s, long pony tail, wearing designer sunglasses) used a stolen credit card at Target Store/ South Bay Boston.  The suspect fled the area in a dark Ford Explorer.  The stolen credit card was reported missing from a past B&E of M/V in Milton on October 1, 2013.

Celebrate Milton! is cancelled

Celebrate Milton! has been cancelled due to weather. The Celebrate Milton! web site reports:

Due to today’s weather and our inability to move the exhibitor tables from the high school to Collicot/Cunningham, we have no choice but to cancel this year’s event.  Apologies to our sponsors, exhibitors, entertainers, and everyone else who prepared to participate this year.  We hope to have a better indoor/outdoor solution in 2014.

“Piano Celebration” at the Milton Public Library

The Milton Public Library will host local musicians in a free concert called “Piano Celebration” on Saturday, October 26, 2013 at 2 PM. Since the library recently acquired a lovely Sohmer piano made possible by the Milton Library Foundation, several wonderful local performers will gather to help christen the new addition.
