Last Thursday on a dark and dreary night Blue Hills Bank held a bright and cheery grand opening for their new branch on Adams Street in East Milton. They are advertising themselves as a “community” bank and they appear to be putting their money where their mouth is.

In my opinion, being the president of the St. Mary of the Hills’ Student Council is more than just having a title. It means that I have the responsibility of being a leader and a good example for the entire student body. Recently, Representative Walter F. Timilty, served as the keynote speaker for the 2015 John and Abigail Adams Scholarship ceremony. The ceremony, held at the Blue Hills Regional High School, recognizes students who have scored in the top 25% in their school district on the MCAS exam.
