News release from Office of Representative Walter F. Timilty

Recently, Representative Walter F. Timilty, served as the keynote speaker for the 2015 John and Abigail Adams Scholarship ceremony. The ceremony, held at the Blue Hills Regional High School, recognizes students who have scored in the top 25% in their school district on the MCAS exam. At this prestigious ceremony Representative Walter F. Timilty participated in the celebration of the lofty academic achievement of Milton residents Parker Done, Kayana Williamson, and Alana Wilson.

In paying tribute to each of these outstanding Milton students, Representative Walter F. Timilty authored official citations from the House of Representatives honoring each of the John and Abigail Adams Scholarship recipients from the town of Milton.

Commenting on these prestigious academic scholarships that have been bestowed upon these Milton students, Representative Walter F. Timilty stated,  “Our Adams scholars have not just answered any and all academic challenges; they have flourished!”
