The Evolution of the Suffolk Resolves House – and “why the story continues”.

Milton Foundation for Education Announces 2013 Milton High School Graduate Honorees

Margaret Eberhardt, President of the Board of the Milton Foundation for Education (MFE) has announced that this year’s Milton High School graduate honorees are Ken Quigley, President of Curry College (MHS ‘75) and John (MHS ’55) and Maritta Cronin, lifelong Milton residents and community leaders. Maritta Cronin attended Milton Public Schools as a child and is a retired Milton school teacher.

Potential selectman race starts to take shape in Milton

Yesterday afternoon, a female resident of Hilltop St. returned home to find a strange car running in her driveway. Two career criminals, one from Randolph and his accomplice from Dorchester had forcibly entered her vacant home and were inside. The woman, unaware who owns this car calls her husband, who tells her to dial 911.

Winter Stone Soup gatherings at the Wakefield Estate

The Wakefield Estate is reviving its “Winter Stone Soup” gatherings the Thursday with a new twist. In the past, the estate’s stone soup gatherings were held at mid-day, a time many found difficult to break away. This year, our Stone Soup Series will be held on the final Thursday of each month with tasty soup and a featured speaker.

Theft: At 2:41 p.m., police received a report of a theft at a Ford Range Road residence. A ring was taken during a recent move.

Housebreak: At 7:07 p.m., police received a report of a housebreak at a Pine Grove Street residence. No sign of forced entry, but the master bedroom was disturbed. Jewelry and a laptop computer were missing.
