Today, Wednesday, February 25th, the State Senate’s Commonwealth Conversations tour will come to our area. Throughout the day, State Senators throughout the region will host events highlighting various facilities and organizations for our Senate colleagues. This will culminate with a public forum at Braintree Town Hall at 6:30pm where members of the public will be able to speak directly to Senators from across the Commonwealth about the issues affecting them.

The Commonwealth Conversations tour developed by Senate President Stan Rosenberg is an effort by the State Senate to empower the public to speak directly with State Senators from across the state regarding the issues that matter most to them. It is also an opportunity for State Senators from throughout the Commonwealth to familiarize themselves with different regions of the state.

I hope that you will consider joining us tomorrow, Wednesday, February 25th at 6:30pm at the Braintree Town Hall (1 John F. Kennedy Memorial Drive, Braintree) for our Commonwealth Conversations tour South Shore public forum. Once again, this is an excellent opportunity to share your views with members of the Massachusetts State Senate.
