- Group Guidance: Seniors in Group 12C must report to the Library for their second session of Group Guidance. Attendance will be taken.
- Student Government: Voting will take place today in Grade Homeroom. Check out the Candidates Hall outside the main office. Read up on what the candidates think.
- Step Team: The Step Team will have a meeting today after school in room 239.
- Ski Team: The Ski Team will have a meeting after school today in room 133. New members welcome.
- Robotics Club: There will be a sign up sheet posted for the Robotics Club outside room 110 today. Every one is welcome, we need new members!!
- The Observer: The Observer will have a quick meeting today after school in 218 Mr. Tart’s room.
- The Sewing Club: The Sewing Club will meet today at 2:30 in room 243. New members always welcome.
- Japanese Exchange: All students involved with the Japanese Exchange will have a meeting today during activity period. Please check into your homeroom and then go to the auditorium.
- Debate Team: The next meeting of the Debate Team will be today after school in room 212. Come practice and work on your listening skills. Bring your research
- Photography Club: The Photography Club will have its first meeting of the year today in room 211. Bring summer pictures and ideas for photo shoots. New members are welcome!
- Film Club: The Film Club will have a meeting on Friday Sept 26th in room 306. Discussions will include fundraising and the upcoming movie night.
- Outdoors Club: Permission slips and money is due for Apple Picking by the end of the day on Friday. Because of limited transportation, students who return these first will get first priority in available seats.
- Ultimate Frisbee Team: All students interested in playing with the MHS Ultimate Frisbee Team sign up after school this week in Miss Derby’s room 105. No experience necessary, all welcome!
- Book Club: Interested in the Book Club? We will meet on Tuesday after school in room 215. Bring ideas and titles.
- Future Business Leaders of America: FBLA will hold its first meeting on Wednesday Sept. 30th in room 301 immediately after school.
- Library: Several students have not returned books that were checked
- out of the Library last year. Please return them to Mrs. Clark in the Library any day between 12 and 4.
- Community Service Opportunity: Community service hours for high school students on Friday September 25, 6-9 p.m. in the High School Cafeteria. Service consists of helping the PAC during their meeting by helping run activities for children
- Community Service Opportunity: Would you like to earn community service hours and have a great time too? Then come to Celebrate Milton, Saturday, October 3rd (Rain date: October 4th). We need lots of help, from 8 AM- 5PM. Come work for two hours or all day. Jobs include setting up tables, supervising younger students as they run the Green Monster Obstacle Course, helping to control a hot-air balloon and breaking down tables and the stage. You’ll hear some great performances, greet your neighbors and earn some of those required community service hours. What’s not to love? Sign up in the Main Office.
