Last Sunday the New England Aquarium hosed an Ocean’s Day event featuring a number of organizations and companies that are working to protect and preserve our oceans, specifically Boston Harbor. A chef demonstrated cooking tecnhniques and recipes that featured sustainable seafood, their were robots that photographed the ocean floor, and there was an amazing geodesic dome created by Sustainable Milton and Artspace Milton with plenty of help from attendees. Here is a video of the construction.
Artspace Milton and Sustainable Milton collaborated last year at an Earth Day Celebration at Turners Pond. They were invited this year to the New England Aquarium with they reprised their geodesic dome. Participating were Cheryl Tougias, Imge Ceranoglu, Michael Chinman, Annie LaVigne, Kevin Bleau, Annie Davis, Ian & Janet MacNeil, and Frank Schroth along with help from event attendees.

Great work and a great video. Not much “Easy On You Baby” except for us watching.
That was super cool to watch. Great job!
Wow!!! now this is one Cool video!!! Entertaining and fun with a POWERFUL message . What fun use of recycled plastic bottles as apposed to ending up in land fills eventually into the ocean wreaking havoc on wildlife. I watched it a few times, loved to see the children dancing through. Great job!!!
Great video, you made it much easier than last year…. no step ladders needed!
