The Milton High School Athletic Hall of Fame is actively seeking nomination applications for the 2014 class of inductees. The sixth induction ceremony is scheduled for November 1st, 2014.
There are four categories of inductees: Athletes, Teams, Coaches and Friends/Supporters. For more information or to download nomination forms, please go to the Milton Public Schools website at:

Nomination forms are also available at all six Milton Public School offices and at Town Hall. The deadline for submitting nominations is April 30, 2014.
