The Board of Selectmen will be meeting tomorrow (9/7) at 4:00 in executive session to discuss “strategy with respect to clearly or imminently threatened litigation by the former Town Administrator” as stated on meeting agenda.

The Board voted not to renew the contract of former Town Administrator Kevin Mearn. Mr. Mearn has not spoken publicly about the issue other than a public statement he made during the proceedings when the Selectmen took their vote.
