Registration is now open for the upcoming 8-week fall yoga session at Carney Hospital.  The fall session will be held on 8 consecutive Thursdays from 5:30 – 6:45 p.m. in the Cushing Auditorium on the second floor of Carney Hospital, beginning September 6.  Milton-based yoga teacher, Fran Karoff, RYT-200, will lead the class in beginner’s hatha yoga. 

The cost of the class is $72 (which averages to $9/class) and payable at the beginning of the session.  The specific session dates are: September 6, 13, 20, 27, October 4, 11, 18, and 25.  Participants will need to wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, and be prepared to be transformed by the opening and release that comes from practicing yoga.  For more information or to register please email fran.karoff.yoga@gmail.com.
