Peter J. Chrisom Sr. of Milton, a Korean War veteran and retired North Quincy High School principal, died Thursday at Milton Hospital. He was 81.

Born and raised in Quincy, Mr. Chrisom was a longtime resident of Milton.

He graduated from North Quincy High School in 1948, and went on to earn bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Boston College. (Read the full story here.)
