Holiday art from the preschool students at the Centre School will be on display throughout the month of December in the Wotiz Gallery of the Milton Public Library (see their website at www.miltonlibrary.org for more details).  The handcrafted projects represent Christmas, Chanukah, and a celebration of the winter season.

Each class created a different piece of artwork relating to their chosen holiday.  The children used a wide variety of skills while working on their creations, such as cutting, writing, color and shape recognition, using different textures, and creative representation.  The Centre School is located at 505 Canton Avenue, Milton, and the Milton Public Library is located at 476 Canton Avenue.  There will be a reception for this exhibit in the Wotiz Gallery of the library on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 from 6:30-8:30.  For more information about this display or to inquire about exhibiting your artwork at the library, please contact Jean Hlady, Adult Services Librarian, at (617) 696-5757.”
