As reported last week, Superintendent Gormley reflected upon her performance over the last year at the most recent school committee meeting.
That self-evaluation has been released and is available of the school’s web site In it she ites highlights and addresses areas to strengthen as they releate to 5 fundamental goals:
- Improve Student Achievement and Close the Achievement Gap for Subgroups.
- Strengthen Communications and Build Relationships.
- To work collaboratively with the Milton School Committee to implement their policies and to advance a challenging and comprehensive pre-school through Grade 12 Public School System.

- To recruit, hire, evaluate and supervise an outstanding leadership, instructional and support staff.
