Superintendent Gormley releases self-evlauation on progress and areas to address

As reported last week, Superintendent Gormley reflected upon her performance over the last year at the most recent school committee meeting.

That self-evaluation has been released and is available of the school’s web site  In it she ites highlights and addresses areas to strengthen as they releate to 5 fundamental goals:

  1. Improve Student Achievement and Close the Achievement Gap for Subgroups.
  2. Strengthen Communications and Build Relationships.
  3. To work collaboratively with the Milton School Committee to implement their policies and to advance a challenging and comprehensive pre-school through Grade 12 Public School System.
  4. To work collaboratively with the Milton School Committee to implement their policies and to advance a challenging and comprehensive pre-school through Grade 12 Public School System.
  5. To recruit, hire, evaluate and supervise an outstanding leadership, instructional and support staff.
