Milton Democratic Town Committee has eye on elections

It is an especially interesting  election season for the Milton Democratic Town Committee (MDTC). Not only are there some key offices up but Milton has recently become a hotbed for political candidates. Here is a quick rundown:

Two of the three men running for State Senate are from Milton; the incumbent Democrat Brian A. Joyce, and Republican Bob Livingston, who will be squaring off against Canton Selectmen Bob Burr in the Sept. 14th primary. Michael Chinman is one of three Democrats that will be vying for Norfolk DA. The others are State Senator Michael Morrissey of Quincy and State Representative Joseph Driscoll, from Braintree. And then there is Milton resident, Mac D’Allesandro, who is challenging in cumbent Stephen Lynch for the 9th Congressional District.
