A large gilt mirror (74” x 44”) that once belonged to the Royal Governor Thomas Hutchinson (1711-1780) whose home “Unquety” was on Adams Street on Milton Hill, has been restored and will be hung in the Reading Room of the Milton Pulic Library.
On September 4th The Friends of the Blue Hills will be tackling two issues to improve the Blue Hills environment. Join in and give them a hand.
If you are a runer this sounds like fun! There will be a 6 mile run in the Blue Hills sponsored by the Colonial Road Runners Club October 3rd @ 9:00am. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Friends of the Blue Hills.
