While the Governor’s race is uncontested at the party level there are other races that matter and a number have Milton residents hoping to will voter approval and move on to the general election in November. Richard Livingston of Milton is running against Bob Burr of Canton for State Senate on the Republican ticket. Michael Chinman of Milton is taking on Michael Morissey (Quincy) and Joe Driscoll (Braintree for Norfolk DA on the Democratic ticket and in what is becoming a very interesting contest Miltonian Mac D’Alessandro is challenging incumbent Stephen Lynch for the US Congress from the 9th MA district. Precincts 7 and 10: Cunningham Park Community Center, 75 Edge Hill Road.
