Rotary Club of Milton to host Information Night

The Rotary Club of Milton is hosting an information night at the Milton Public Library. All are invited to learn about the Rotary, its mission, and activities. In an open letter to the community they note, “We dare to dream big and we do big things!”

Math + Basketball fun

March Madness! for grades 3 – 8.  Escape the snowy winter and make your way to the Milton Puclic Library. Hone our math skills and hae fun while participating in team challenges: Shoot for Success, Double Dribble, Percent Pivots, Rebound Rates, Likely Layups and much more!

BikeMilton promotes annual Neponset River Greenway Spring Cycle

This sounds like fun and a great way to kick off spring!

BikeMilton invites you to celebrate the coming of spring from the seat of your bike on Saturday, 3/19. The ride will start at 10:00 from Paul’s Bridge (intersection of Neponset Valley Parkway and Brush Hill Road). Parking is available at the intersection and at the nearby Milton Healthcare site just to the south on Brush Hill Road.

Drop & Shop – get child care, support a good cause

This Saturday features a new event – you the annual first Parish Drop & Shop fundraiser. Drop your child at First Parish (535 Canton Ave) this Saturday for fun and games with some of Milton’s finest safe-sitter certified babysitters (with adult supervision). Then go shop (or wherever) knowing that your child is well cared for!

Public Hearing: East Milton Parking & Access Study

Howrd Stein Hudson will be holding its 2nd community meeting on the East Milton Parking and Access Study they are conduting for the Town of Milton.

It will be held at the Council on Aging on Tuesday 3/22 @ 6:30PM. The COS is located at 10 Walnut Street, Milton, MA.

Sammarco to give illustrated lecture on Howards Johnson: 28 Flavors

Known as the father of the “franchise industry” he revolutionized the restaurant industry in the United States and ensured good food and quality prices that brought customers back for more.

MPS Choral Concert! This will be good

It is Music in our Schools Month! Throughout the month there will be a series of concerts showcasing the talents of Milton students from the elementary grades through high school. First up are the choral ensembles.

Child Safety Night for elementary parents

Milton Police Department Chief Wells will speak on Child Safety this Wednesday, March 9th @ 7:00pm.

The talk will be in the auditorium at The Pierce Middle School. The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
