Genealogy Topic at Temple Shalom
Judy Izenberg, a board member of the Jewish Genealogical Society of Greater Boston, will be the guest speaker at the next Temple Shalom of Milton Brunch Speaker Series on Sunday, October 21, at the Pierce Middle School at 10:15 AM. Ms. Izenberg’s topic will be “A Taste of Jewish Genealogy.”

A Trap Door in the Parlor

In celebration of Massachusetts Archaeology Month, the Milton historical Society is opening the trap door in the parlor of the Suffolk Resolves House on Sunday, October 21, 2012 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Rarely open to the public and unknown to most visitors, a stairway under the trap door leads to a granite room of uncertain purpose and origin.

Milton High School is proud to present the Broadway musical comedy Hairspray based on the New Line Cinema film written and directed by John Waters!
A cast of 60 Milton High students will dance and sing through the 1960s- era comedy. HAIRSPRAY is a family-friendly musical full of laughter, romance, and great tunes. Set in Baltimore in 1962, teen Tracy Turnblad has one passion – to dance on the popular Corny Collins Show.
