An owner of the Metrakas Deli and Market in Milton says the neighborhood store dispatched trucks to New Hampshire to bring back bottled water to keep it available for customers during the “boil water” emergency in greater Boston area, and was not overcharging consumers. The state Department of Transportation has announced lane reductions for the week ahead at the Neponset River Bridge, where a multi-year repair project is under way.
