At 2 PM, Saturday, May 2nd, the Milton Public Library will host a one-hour concert with the Quincy Choral Society. A number of Milton residents will perform in a program called “Swingin’ into Spring!” This will feature the music of George Gershwin, Duke Ellington, and Jimmy Van Heusen.

We are sorry to report that M. Joseph Manning has passed away. A Milton resident, Mr. Manning was a long serving member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives. He was a veteran, a town meeting member, a long serving member of the Board of Assessors and a champion of Milton who served his community in countless ways. He will be remembered at a funeral mass at St Agatha’s Saturday morning at 10:30. Visiting hours at the Alfred D.
