In a letter to Chief Wells Norfolk County Sheriff Michael Bellotti recently commended the offficers of the Milton Police Department for their response to two “high-risk situations(s).” The first concerned a bomb found in a Milton home and the second was the apprehension of an armed man who sought entrance to the high school.

In his letter of commendation Sheriff Bellotti wrote:

He complimented Chief Wells and the department and said in both cases “You couldn’t ask for a better response.”
