At 2 PM, Saturday, May 2nd, the Milton Public Library will host a one-hour concert with the Quincy Choral Society. A number of Milton residents will perform in a program called “Swingin’ into Spring!” This will feature the music of George Gershwin, Duke Ellington, and Jimmy Van Heusen. Also the following Milton residents will perform: George Corbett, Cyndi Fedewa, Gingy Grimes, Adelaide and Roger Haynes, Paula Murphy, Deborah Jean Parsons, Perry Russell, and Sarah Wehle. The event will be held in the Keys Community Room (lower level) and is sponsored by the Friends of the Milton Public Library. It is free and open to the public, and is appropriate for all ages.
