The Milton Board of Selectmen will be meeting tonight at 6:30Pm in the Cronin Conference room at the Town Hall. Tune to Comcast channel 8 and RCN channel 13 for live coverage.

Tickets are being sold this Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in the cafeteria during all three lunches.

Varsity Letter Recipients are free
Adults: $20.00 per ticket
Students: / Siblings $5.00 per ticket

All attendees must have a ticket.

Milton Memorial Day Observance

Celebration of Holidays Committee, Town of Milton, Massachusetts

The Town of Milton Memorial Day Observance is scheduled for Monday, May 31, 2010.

The American Legion Post #114 will begin its program with the raising of the flag and the placing of the wreath at 9:30 a.m. at Town Hall.

Following this activity, we will then march to the Milton Cemetery for the usual ceremonies that will begin at 10:00 a.m.

Volunteers needed – MHS Graduation Party

The All Night Senior Graduation Party is on Sunday, June 6, 2010 from 3:00 pm – 7:00 am.  The objective of the event is to provide a safe, secure environment for graduating seniors to celebrate this wonderful occasion. 

Seminar on funding college

On Wednesday, May 26 at 7:00 pm in the MHS Library College Funding Services will conduct a college planning seminar on how to meet college costs. You will learn valuable information about the college financial process and options on college financing. You do not want to miss this important presentation. All are welcome!

Schools to rachet up fundraising efforts

In her recent bulletin to parents, Ms. Gormley, Superintendent of Schools, stated that a Grant Writing Committee is being formed that will consist of “10-15 parents and other interested parties to assist our part-time Grant Writer Chris Masalsky with research and fundraising duties.”
