Ken Casey, Milton native and bassist for the Drokick Murphy’s, has organized a benefit for the band’s newly formed non-profit, The Claddagh Fund.
The Claddagh Fund “is committed to the three attributes symbolized by the Claddagh ring: friendship, love, and loyalty.
The Claddagh Fund seeks to harnass the passionof our friends, family and fans to signifcantly improve the quality of life of children, verterans and their families and the most vulnerable populations in our community.”
The benefit is an Oyseterfest that will include beer & wine, hors d’oevres, and a delicious raw bar on at the 88 Wharf’s outdoor patio. You can meet and greet the Murphys and some of their famous friends.
The benefit will be on Wendesday, May 12 from 6:00pm – 10:00pm. The cost is $75. You can find more information on the benefit here.
