• GSA: There will be a GSA meeting immediately after school today in room 310.
• Tomorrow’s Teachers: There will be a Tomorrow’s Teachers Club meeting after school today to check up on plans for teacher shadows scheduled to take place around the end of October…room 131…please start filling out paperwork to turn in.
• Three C’s: The Three C’s will have a meeting today in room 230 after school. If you are interested in learning about Guadeloupe stop by!
• Key Club: The Key Club will be meeting this Wednesday 10/07 in room 243 at 2:30.  New members welcome!
• Amnesty International: Amnesty International will meet Thursday after school in room 105 to discuss issues and vote on officers. See Ms. Derby with any questions.

• Debate Team: The Debate Team will meet on Thursday after school in room 212. Please arrive promptly ay 2:30 so that we can be ready for our guest speakers.
• National Honor Society: The National Honor Society will meet in room 215 immediately after school on Thursday. All members must attend.
• Drama Club: The Drama Club will meet Thursday after school in room 216.
• Sewing Club: The Sewing Club will meet on Thursday in room 243 from 2:30 to 3:30. All are welcome.
• Step Squad: The Step Squad will meet on Thursday at 2:45 in room 239.
• Senior Portraits: The final round of Senior Portraits at MHS is scheduled for Monday, October 12th (Columbus Day), starting at 11:00. Seniors need to call The Hayward Photography office to schedule an appointment.
• ECHO: The ECHO is now accepting submissions for the winter issue. You can receive extra credit or community service for your artistic efforts. Submit your prose, poems, or art work today! Look for the envelopes in English classrooms, or see Mr. Radosta in room 220.
• Key Club: October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. Key Club is
• raising money for the Breast Cancer Foundation through the sale of long sleeve shirts with a special logo. The shirts are $15.00 and will be sold at lunches. $8.50 from the sale of each shirt will go to the foundation. For more

Community Service Opportunities

• Community service forms are located in the Main Office.Completed community service forms should be given to your Guidance Counselor.

• Tucker After School Program: The Tucker After School Program is accepting used Legos.  If you would like to earn community service hours please donate!!! See Amanda Giammarco or Vincent Ryan for details.
