Spies, Patriots, and Traitors: American Intelligence in the Revolutionary War

Screen Shot 2015-02-28 at 5.44.28 PMOn Thursday, March 26, 2015 the Milton Historical Society will host a talk by retired CIA officer Kenneth Daigler on several Revolutionary War personalities. The talk will be at the Milton Public Library from 7-8:30 PM.

In Spies, Patriots, and Traitors, retired CIA operations officer Kenneth Daigler reveals the intelligence activities of famous personalities such as Samuel Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Nathan Hale, George Washington, and Benedict Arnold, as well as many less well-known figures. He adds a new dimension to our understanding of the American Revolution.

Review by Amb. (ret.) Edward Marks:
“The American Revolution and spying are two subjects that ought to make a good read. Spies, Patriots and Traitors is proof of that proposition. The book’s theme is fairly straightforward, that intelligence and espionage played a key role during the American War for Independence. This well-written book makes learning about this important part of our history a pleasure. ‘Spies, Patriots, and Traitors’ in tricorn hats: what could be more fun.”
Mr. Daigler has offered to sign any books people bring to the lecture.
