A Milton man led police on a high speed chase from Westgate Drive to Randolph before finally being stopped on Route 24 when State Police used a spike strip to flatten the tires.

Yvelon Madelon, 29, of 74 Brook Road, was charged with failure to stop for police, reckless operation and speeding. (Read the full story here.)
