Dorchester resident Willie Farmer got a special surprise during the Boston Senior Home Care Annual Supportive Housing Holiday Party on Dec. 18. The party, which took place at Codman Apartments

on 784 Washington Street in Dorchester, included a fun-filled evening of great food, music and prizes. South Street Diner donated a plethora of scratch tickets from the Massachusetts State Lottery as raffle items, which Willie was the proud winner of $1,000 on a $5 ticket.
