This Saturday, November 8th, St. Mary of the Hills will be hosting the annual Book Fair at Barnes and Noble in Braintree. Festivities begin at 9 AM and run to around 3 PM. The Book Fair itself will run until the store closes.

  Families are welcomed to shop for new books and activities at the store and will have the option to donate 20% of their purchase to St. Mary of the Hills School! Special Events will be taking place at the store all day such as Story Time with Corduroy the Bear and and an appearance from FROZEN’s Queen Elsa.  Students staring in the latest drama club play “The Santa Claus Chronicles” will also be hosting a Game Show for children to take part in.

In addition to book sales, you can support St. Mary’s by ordering cheesecakes from the Barnes and Noble Cafe! Flavors include Pumpkin, Eggnog, Red Velvet, Godiva Double Chocolate, Plain, and Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough. Cheesecakes cost $40 for a full 14 slice dessert and freeze great for holiday celebrations. Orders placed at the Book Fair will be available for pick up at St. Mary’s on November 14th.
