First Parish in Milton, a Unitarian Universalist church on Canton Avenue, welcomes Rev. Henry I. (Hank) Peirce on August 16, 2014. Rev. Peirce will serve the congregation for two years as Interim Minister.

Rev. Peirce most recently served as Interim Minister at First Parish Church United of Westford (MA). Previously, he was the minister at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Medford, MA. He grew up in Fairhaven, MA and graduated from UMass Boston. He received a Master of Divinity from Andover-Newton Theological School in 1998. Rev. Pierce did his ministerial internship at the Church of the Presidents in Quincy, and was ordained at the UU Church in New Bedford. He lives in Medford with his wife, Rebecca, and two daughters.

Rev. Peirce’s first service at First Parish will be on August 24th at 10:30 in the Parish Hall.
