State Representative Dan Cullinane of the 12th Suffolk district which includes precincts 1 and 2 here in Milton has received another endorsement in his bid for re-election. This one comes from Milton’s native son and State Senator, Brian A. Joyce.
“Dan Cullinane is an outstanding State Representative. He is a very hardworking, accessible, and responsive legislative partner in representing the interests of the Milton residents we serve at the State House,” said Senator Joyce. “We have worked together on issues impacting the quality of life for residents of all of the neighborhoods of Milton’s precincts 1 and 2, from economic development grants for the Central Avenue and Milton Village business districts, to our efforts to create a new public park along the banks of the Neponset River, to increased funds for Milton’s schools and for basic infrastructure repair such as we see today along Central Avenue”.
“I hold Representative Dan Cullinane in high regard”, Senator Joyce concluded, “and I ask that my Milton neighbors join me in voting for his re-election.”
Joyce joins Boston Mayor Walsh, Congressman Capuano, and State Representative Russell Holmes among others in endorsing Representative Cullinane’s re-election campaign.
The Democratic primary for the 12th Suffolk district is September 9th.
