Quincy Police are hoping to get some help in identifying the body of a woman that was found by a passerby in the water on Sunday morning.

CBS Boston reported that “an adult black woman” was found in the water near Sea Street. She was wearing a black bathing suit with a terry cloth cover over it, and investigators said there were no signs of foul play. But officials have been unable to identify the woman and are hoping someone will come forward.

She was found wearing a silver necklace and a yellow “Livestrong” bracelet. She also had a tattoo on her right wrist of the word “Forever” and three initials that police said they could not discern, according to the report.
