As Part of emergency preparedness the Mystic Valley Amateur Radio Group (MVARG) and the Milton Auxiliary Fire Department will l be participating in amateur radio field day to e held June 28th and 29th at the Baron Hugo Gazebo.

During this event many amateur Radio Operators (HAMS) throughout the United States and Canada test emergency operations under field conditions. This annual 24-hour event has local hams demonstrating emergency communications to the Milton community.

Various modes of transmission and equipment will be on site. Milton residents are invited to visit theis event to observe the operation of a ham radio station.
