Years ago Jeremy Lyons quit his day job as a French Quarter street musician to become a favorite in New Orleans night clubs. After a few years he began to miss the families and kids that enjoyed the open-air street performances, and he began singing for his daughter and her friends on the porch, and made appearances in classrooms in New Orleans. Now living in Massachusetts, Jeremy packs the house at singalongs in toy stores and libraries, and plays kid-friendly music at preschools and grade schools, farmers markets, festivals, and birthday parties. In addition to his ‘Deltasilly’ kids’ repertoire, Jeremy performs for adults as a solo act and with Dana Colley and Jerome Deupree of the legendary Boston-area alternative rock band Morphine.
