Best wishes to the Milton High Crew Team. Crew is a terrific team sport. Our daughter Joan (now Klau) had a short-lived interest in sports (skiing) at Milton High (’86). She then went to Connecticut’s Wesleyan University and while initially picked because of her light weight to be the coxswain (“that’s the one who sits up front, yells at the team and gets tossed in the water if they win, Mom” she explained), she learned teamwork, and valuable organization skills. She traveled, and gained a wonderful group of friends, as well as met her future husband who rowed and coached at WU.
So, MHS crew, enjoy every moment of your crewing experiences, and best wishes.
