Nuno AlvesWhole grains are so healthy, but it’s difficult creating tasty dishes everyone will enjoy. One of our favorite local chefs, Nuno Alves ofTavolo, will be sharing his secrets, and some recipes, for creating delicious whole grain dishes in this hands-on cooking class. Learn a chef’s tricks for handling healthy and versatile grains like farro, which we’ll pair with salmon. The same technique used for farro can also apply to barley and quinoa, and Nuno will share ideas and recipes for showcasing grains in risotto-style dishes, hot and cold salads, and more.

This event will take place right in our kitchen so space is very limited.

I checked yesterday about 4 hrs after receiving the email directly and the Tavolo chef session was sold out. Guess he’ll have to be asked back again….and again…and again!
