The Milton Interfaith Clergy Association are sponsoring their annual memorial celebration of the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. The event will be Monday, Jan. 20, from 6:30 to 8 p.m., at Concord Baptist Church, 108 Blue Hill Ave. This year’s theme is the Courage of Character.

Featured at the event will be the Milton High School Gospel Chorus, the St. Mary of the Hills Liturgical Dancers, the Milton Public School Elementary School Singers and the St. Agatha Church Puppeteers. Other program components will include a presentation by Milton High students, a display of student poems and artwork, MICA scholarship winners and a reaffirmation of the Milton “No Place for Hate” Resolution of Respect. Participants are invited to stay after the program for coffee, tea and dessert.
