Dear Residents, today we have some very good news to share. In September there were 13 residential house breaks. In October, that number decreased to “5.” A 61% decrease in one month. Much of this success is a direct result of Milton citizens making an effort to protect their neighborhoods and call MPD right away when they see an issue that appears out of the ordinary. Residential breaks continue to plague many communities in the Metro/Boston region and we cannot just sit back and think that individuals looking to commit residential breaks will not try and ‘test the waters” here in the future. Thank you for taking an interest in your homes and neighborhoods. Together, we are making a difference fighting crime in Milton.
