Fraud: At 4:28 p.m., police received a report of identity theft of a Quisset Brook Road resident. Someone opened up a Comcast account in the resident’s name in San Francisco about a year ago and now there is a debt of about $1,000 on the account. Comcast tried to bill the resident for the money and she called the police. (Read the full story here.)
