Notice from the Milton DPW

On Tuesday June 18th an electronic posting was made to a relatively large number of DPW news recipients. The posting was about a forecasted NStar power outage and was based on information thought to be accurate. As we found out the information was not accurate. The posting was immediately taken down as soon as we learned that the information was not correct. In this fast-paced society in which we all live, it would seem that an “incorrect message” gets out even faster than a correct one! All of us here in the Milton Department of Public Works offer our sincere apology for any inconvenience that you may have experienced by receipt of our flawed info.
